It was a pleasure getting to know you and learning more about your health goals. This page is here to help you revisit what we discussed during your Intro Call, understand the different ways we can work together, and review the next step I recommended based on your goals.
You'll find my recommendation first, followed by an overview of the other care options available. Take your time exploring everything—there's no need to make a decision today.
A clear roadmap before you commit to anything longer.
Based on what we discussed, I think this is the best place to begin. It gives us dedicated time to go through your health history, review the labs you already have, identify the patterns underneath your symptoms, and build a personalized roadmap — before deciding whether additional testing or a longer program is appropriate.
This isn't a permanent decision. As your health changes, your care can change with it — and everything below is still available to you.
Every patient starts in a different place. These options are designed to meet you where you are today and provide the level of support that's right for your goals.
"I want to actually understand what my labs are telling me."
One visit · Existing labs reviewed together
Next step: Root Cause Review, if you want a full evaluation rather than a read on what you have.
"I'm ready to stop guessing and understand the bigger picture."
Two visits · Personalized roadmap
Next step: Reset or Rebuild, if you're ready to act on the roadmap with structure and support.
"I'm ready to move from answers to action."
Three months · One advanced test included
Next step: Continue into Rebuild if more time is warranted, or move into membership to hold the gains.
"I'm ready for a deeper partnership and lasting change."
Six months · Two advanced tests included
Next step: Membership, for ongoing continuity once the deep work is done.
Advanced testing is individualized and recommended only when it is likely to provide information that meaningfully guides your care. Not every patient requires specialty testing, and the specific test selected depends on your symptoms, history, previous results, and clinical goals.
Conventional labs are good at ruling disease in or out. Specialty testing answers a different question — why a pattern is happening when the standard workup looks unremarkable. These are the areas I most often investigate, and examples of the tools I may use.
Reset includes one advanced test and Rebuild includes up to two, when clinically appropriate. Enrolling does not mean every patient receives the same test. I'll review the purpose and any expected cost with you before anything is ordered — a test that won't change the plan isn't worth your money.
You have a provider who knows your whole story — and the time to think about it.
$249 / month · $675 / quarter · $2,490 / year · $150 one-time onboarding
Not looking for something ongoing? Individual visits are available from $150 — a 30-minute Standard Visit, or 60 minutes for a new evaluation at $225. Your visit fee is credited toward membership if you enroll within 30 days.
Based on everything we discussed during your intro call, this is where I think you'll get the most value right now.
This recommendation isn't permanent. It's my read on where you are today, given what you told me. As your health evolves, your care can evolve too — and if you want to start somewhere else on this page, that's a perfectly reasonable choice. I'd rather you begin somewhere that feels right than commit to something you're unsure about.
You don't need to have everything figured out today.
Whatever you choose, we'll keep building your care together — adjusting as we learn more about how your body actually responds. When you're ready, here's the next step.
