It was a pleasure getting to know you and learning more about your health goals. This page is here to help you revisit what we discussed during your Intro Call, understand the different ways we can work together, and review the next step I recommended based on your goals.
You'll find my recommendation first, followed by an overview of the other care options available. Take your time exploring everything—there's no need to make a decision today.
Because I accept your insurance, your program can be integrated with insurance-covered medical care — using your insurance for eligible medical visits and conventional laboratory testing, while the program fee covers the personalized functional medicine support insurance doesn't reimburse.
A clear roadmap before you commit to anything longer.
Based on what we discussed, I think this is the best place to begin. It gives us dedicated time to go through your health history, review the labs you already have, identify the patterns underneath your symptoms, and build a personalized roadmap — before deciding whether additional testing or a longer program is appropriate.
This isn't a permanent decision. As your health changes, your care can change with it — and everything below is still available to you.
Insurance pays for your medical care. The program fee covers the functional medicine support it doesn't reimburse.
Coverage varies by plan, and you remain responsible for any deductible, copay, coinsurance, and non-covered services. If your deductible is high or not yet met, self-pay may actually cost you less — it's worth a quick call to your insurer to check, and if self-pay is the better value I'll gladly point you there. This isn't a discount on medical services and never means billing twice for the same visit; enrolling doesn't guarantee coverage for any specific service or test.
Every patient starts in a different place. These options are designed to meet you where you are today and provide the level of support that's right for your goals.
"I want to actually understand what my labs are telling me."
One visit · Existing labs reviewed together
Next step: Root Cause Review, if you want a full evaluation rather than a read on what you have.
"I'm ready to stop guessing and understand the bigger picture."
60-min intake · 45-min Clinical Review & Plan · written roadmap
Advanced Testing Upgrade — optional · +$200 + lab cost. For patients completing a Root Cause Review who would benefit from specialty testing: test selection, ordering, coordination, interpretation, and an updated Clinical Review & Plan.
Next step: Reset or Rebuild, if you're ready to act on the roadmap with structure and support.
"I'm ready to move from answers to action."
Three months · Intake + Review of Findings + ~4 follow-up visits
Advanced testing is included in the program fee. One assessment is covered, chosen according to what your case actually calls for. Any testing beyond that would be discussed with you in advance and billed separately.
The prices shown are pay-in-full. A monthly payment option is available at a slightly higher total — ask me about the monthly option if that is more feasible for you.
Next step: Continue into Rebuild if more time is warranted, or move into membership to hold the gains.
"I'm ready for a deeper partnership and lasting change."
Six months · Intake + Review of Findings + Advanced Testing Review + ~8 follow-up visits
Advanced testing is included in the program fee. Two assessments are covered, chosen according to what your case actually calls for. Any testing beyond those two would be discussed with you in advance and billed separately.
The prices shown are pay-in-full. A monthly payment option is available at a slightly higher total — ask me about the monthly option if that is more feasible for you.
Next step: Membership, for ongoing continuity once the deep work is done.
You can start with a Root Cause Review — $495. It's the same comprehensive evaluation I do before every program, and it stands on its own if you decide to go no further. The Root Cause Review is $495 for everyone; there's no separate insurance-integrated price. The full $495 is credited if you continue into a program.
Insurance-integrated pricing is available for established patients using accepted insurance. Medical office visits are billed through insurance when clinically appropriate, while the program fee covers the personalized functional medicine services insurance typically does not reimburse — advanced interpretation, nutrition and supplement planning, messaging, education, care coordination, and ongoing protocol refinement.
Advanced testing is individualized and recommended only when it is likely to provide information that meaningfully guides your care. Not every patient requires specialty testing, and the specific test selected depends on your symptoms, history, previous results, and clinical goals.
Conventional labs are good at ruling disease in or out. Specialty testing answers a different question — why a pattern is happening when the standard workup looks unremarkable. These are the areas I most often investigate, and examples of the tools I may use.
Reset includes one advanced test and Rebuild includes up to two, when clinically appropriate. Enrolling does not mean every patient receives the same test. I'll review the purpose and any expected cost with you before anything is ordered — a test that won't change the plan isn't worth your money.
Already an established patient? Functional Insight — $250 + lab cost. Targeted advanced functional testing for existing patients: test selection, ordering, interpretation, a Review of Findings, and recommendations.
A functional medicine program has an end date; your health doesn't. When your program wraps, most patients want to hold the progress and keep a provider who already knows their whole story. You can continue with me either through the Integrative Primary Care Membership or through insurance-based care — I'll recommend whichever fits your situation, and you're never starting over.
The membership, if that's the right fit:
You have a provider who knows your whole story — and the time to think about it.
$199 / month · $549 / quarter · $1,995 / year · $150 one-time onboarding
The onboarding fee is waived for patients moving from a functional medicine program into membership.
Not looking for something ongoing? Individual visits are available from $125 — a 20-minute Acute Care Visit, a 30-minute Primary Care Visit at $150, or a 60-minute Comprehensive Evaluation at $225. Your visit fee is credited toward membership if you enroll within 30 days.
Based on everything we discussed during your intro call, this is where I think you'll get the most value right now.
This recommendation isn't permanent. It's my read on where you are today, given what you told me. As your health evolves, your care can evolve too — and if you want to start somewhere else on this page, that's a perfectly reasonable choice. I'd rather you begin somewhere that feels right than commit to something you're unsure about.
You don't need to have everything figured out today.
Whatever you choose, we'll keep building your care together — adjusting as we learn more about how your body actually responds. When you're ready, here's the next step.
